Someone who had read my novel, Eugenica, contacted me to say that what is happening in Britain today in regard to the government's attacks against disabled people reminded them of that particular book. I found this observation both disappointing and reassuring by equal measure. I was disappointed because Eugenica was written with the intent of … Continue reading Persecuting the Disabled: History Repeats Itself

My Life Now
The clock is ticking, but I choose not to hear it. I live in the moment where only being is important.
Under the Weather
Typical! Just when I finally get the time to get moving on the things that I have been planning for months, I go and catch a cold!
Enabled, not Disabled
The word disabled raises nothing but negative connotations. It defines a person as physically and/ or mentally impaired, injured, or incapacitated
Getting Your Mojo Back
I was working as usual on a number of projects that I have going on, but then I suddenly lost the will to continue. This occurred prior to me contracting Covid for the second time. Covid-19: Something is not adding up!
I feel prompted to write again on this subject following the claim that that there is another variant on the loose, given the name Omicrom, following the apparently silent disappearance of Delta. Obviously, I will be tending towards one side rather than the other, but my plan is to do so sympathetically. It will not be a tub beating exercise.
Welcome to my Reality
It is a curious thing that when someone has an experience of your own reality, they are not always enlightened by it. I have had a number of conversations lately in which the return to a 'degree of normality' was the main subject. It seems that a lot of people have really struggled with the … Continue reading Welcome to my Reality
Coronavirus and Me
On February 14 I posted that I would not be posting for awhile due to going travelling again. I had only intended to be absent for 2 weeks, but life got in the way as it usually does; I was exposed to the Coronavirus. A 14-day self-isolation followed. During this time, I did not feel … Continue reading Coronavirus and Me
